  • Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells, lift weights and stretch following our singular 'Stretch-Strength' system honed by ATG (Athletic Truth Group). Our fluid methodology cultivates smooth "buttery" strength, controlled flexibility, and intuitive body-awareness. Whether your goal is to rise to the top of your sport, stop throwing out your back, deadlift twice your bodyweight, or come home to your body:

    Strength is the way.

  • Classical or Authentic Mat Pilates stays true to the method and matwork sequence taught by Joseph Pilates. Unlike the reformer, without feedback from springs, matwork demands rigorous control and coordination of your body, breath and focus to simultaneously flow, lengthen, and strengthen on the ground. Every movement begins from your centre—”gut, seat, and back” in Joe’s words—cultivating deep stability, grace, stamina, and unparalleled inner strength.

  • Thai Massage traces its origins thousands of years ago to the Buddha's physician, who developed it as a form of rhythmic physiotherapy to ease the body after prolonged meditation. Also known as Thai Yoga Massage for its shared roots with yoga, this ancient healing tradition blends acupressure, reflexology, massage, rhythm, and stretch therapy to restore balance and flow to your fascia, muscles, and sen lines, your body’s energy pathways.

Bonny Poon
FOUNDER

As a child and teenager, I spent a lot of time in the hospital, navigating challenges that shaped who I am today. Through my struggles with an autoimmune disorder, fibromyalgia, and the loss of loved ones, I found strength in the last place I expected: my body. My unlikely journey to fitness is a testament to resilience and healing, and it's here to remind you: Whatever your story, you belong here.

For athletes, Flow is where creativity meets performance. Through a balanced protocol of cross-training specific to your sport, I help you level up your weak links, build strength, flexibility, and connective tissue—key to breaking through limits, recovering faster, honing your skills, and staying injury-free.
